Qualification Details:
Applications are invited in the prescribed form available online on Shivaji University website www.unishivaji.ac.in (URL www.unishivaji. ac.in/recruitments) for the following Temporary Teaching Posts for the tenure of five years to be filled in the Department of Technology conducted from University fund (on Self supporting basis) as per provisions of Section 103 of Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016.

3. Pay Scale: Rs. 1,25,000/- per month consolidated.
4. Qualifications:
a. Ph. D. degree in relevant field and First class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch.
b. Minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching / research / industry out of which at least 3 years shall be at a post equivalent to that of an Associate Professor.
c. At least 6 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI journals / UGC / AICTE approved list of journals and at least 2 successful Ph.D. guided as Supervisor / Cosupervisor till the date of eligibility of promotion. OR At least 10 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI journals / UGC /AICTE approved list of journals till the date of eligibility of promotion.
Terms, Conditions and Instructions:
1. The Post mentioned above is created from University Fund and is not covered under salary grants-in-aid scheme of Government of Maharashtra.
2. The tenure of the said posts only of five years.
3. The Standard format of Calculating Academic/Research Score is provided on the website. All details therein should filled properly along with relevant proof to be mandatory to submitted along with the printout of application form.
4. All decisions regarding these appointments and other facilities will be subject to the approval of University Authorities.
5. Already Employed candidate must submit his / her application through proper channel.
6. The candidate must submit declaration in prescribed Form – “A” alongwith the application form as per rule 4 of having small family as per the directives issued by the Government of Maharashtra. Form – “A” is available on the website alongwith the application form.
7. The University reserves the right to fill or not to fill the advertised posts.
8. The prescribed online application form is available on the university website www.unishivaji.ac.in under the tab “ Recruitment at University ” which is to be filled online and its printed on A4 size paper, in 06 copies along with necessary attested documents and Receipt of Online Payment of Rs. 500/- should accompany to each copy of the application form. Application form other than online form and forms without Cash Receipt of Online payment will not be considered for further process of recruitment.
9. Final print-out of application form in 6 copies along with the attested copies of relevant documents enclosed to each copy of the application should be addressed to the Registrar, Shivaji University, Vidyanagar, Kolhapur – 416 004 so as to reach this office on or before 09/03/2022 (till 6.00 p.m.) Envelope containing duly filled application form shall be superscripted with “Name of the Post applied: —— and Post No. .”
10. Applications received after the due date will not be considered. The University will not be responsible for postal delay, if any.
