3. Qualification and Experience: Ph.D. in Physics and allied disciplines with first class or equivalent grade at the preceding degree in Physics with a good academic record throughout. The candidate should have working experience in material synthesis, device fabrication and characterization along with publications in reputed journals and conferences.
