Applications are invited for flling up the vacancies of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Librarian and Sports Oficer of diferent Agriculture Colleges under Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Gwalior. Qualifications: An eminent scholar with a Doctoral degree in Entomology and published work of high quality, actively engaged in Research/Teaching/ Extension/ Farm Management with evidence of published work with minimum of 10 publications as books and / or research policy papers. M.Sc. (Ag.) in Entomology, having minimum 55% Marks or equivalent OGPA .
a. Ten years’ experience in Research/Teaching/Extension Education/ Fam management provided 03 years’ experience is as a Senior Scientist/’Associate Professor or an equivalent position at an AGP of Rs. 9000/- in New UGC scales 2010 or in an equivalent position in University College and/ or National level institution including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level guiding high level research and /or Extension Education programme considered at par to doctoral level work evidenced by published work.
b. Evidence of contribution to Research/Teaching/Extension Education/ Farm Management as supported by published work/innovations. A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (AP) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) developed by RVSKVV in the light of UGC Regulations as available in the University website (www.rvskvv.net).

1. The requirement regarding minimum percentage of marks shall be relaxed up to 5% in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates of M.P. and RVSKVV employees with a minimum of S (Five) years service in the Vishwa Vidyalaya at any one stage only (H.S.S.C. or Graduation or Post Graduation).
2. Maximum age limit for direct recruitment is 35 years for the post of Assistant Professor/Librarian/Sports Officer candidates belonging other than Madhya Pradesh as per Circular of GAD No. C.3-11/2012/1/3 dated 13-01-2016.
3. Maximum age limit is 50 years for the post of Professor & 45 years for the post of Associate Professor. No maximum age limit for RVSKVV employees. The Vice Chancellor can relax the age limit in special circumstances Reservation will be provided to SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Persons with Disability (Divyang)/ Women candidates, domicile of M.P. shall be as per M.P. Govt. rules. Knowledge of working in Hindi is essential.
4. The appointment to the post is temporary and candidates selected would be on probation Vidayalaya. Service conditions will be applicable as prevalent in Vishwa Vidyalaya and those framed by the Vishwa Vidyalaya from time to time.
5. Further contimuation of the services shall be subject to approval by the competent authority. The services are terminable from either side by giving at least one month’s advance notice in that regard or payment of three month salary in lieu of that after bond period.
6. Applicants must have the requisite qualifications and experience on the last date for receipt of applications. Applications not accompanied by application fee or copies of certificates ldegrees, mark sheet transcripts in support of academic qualifications and other required documents shall be summarily rejected. The application fee shall not be refunded in any decided by the Vishwa case.
7. The selected candidates shall he governed by the Vishwa Vidyalaya rules and service conditions and shalt be paid salary && allowances as fixed and permissible by the Vishwa Vidyalaya from time to time unless & until specific contradiction mentioned.
8. The higher initial start may be granted to the meritorious candidates as per provisions and statutes. Employees working in different state departments (before 2005) of M.P.Govn., if recruited will be given pension (V.v. “Self Finance Pension Scheme 1987”) as per V.v./M.P. Govt. Rules.
9. Employee working in Central Govt. or other State Govt. Organization if requited will be given pension as per NPS- 2005 or on their request only employee contribution/share will be sent to their host organization as per rule. Summary sheet as per the format supplied along with blank application form, may be prepared with due care and should be submitted in Ten Copies.
10. Persons already in service must apply through the proper channel. However, to avoid delay, an advance copy of the application may be submitted so as to reach the Registrar in time. Applications received after last date will not be considered.
11. Candidates should enclose list of their publications in bibliographic form duly classified as mentioned in the application format The NAAS ratings of the listed paper should be written on the margin against specific paper wherever applicable.
12. 13. The candidates shall be required to present themselves if called for an interview. The SCIsT/OBCTPWD candidates will be allowed travel payments as permissible under M.P. Govt. nules in such cases.
14. The persons will be called for interview on merit basis and eligible applicants against the vacant posts in the ratio of (Minimum 1:3 and Maximum 1:8) as approved by the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor. The Vishwa Vidyalaya reserves the right to increase decrease or not to fill in the posts and/or not to eall any of the applicants for interview.
