Visva-Bharati invites interested and eligible candidates to appear in a Walk-in-Interview along with an application in plain paper and all relevant credentials (originals and one photocopy of each document) for selection of Guest Teacher on temporary basis in the Centre for Comparative Literature, Bhasha Bhavana, Visva-Bharati.The interview will be held on 18thDecember, 2017(Monday) at 2.00 p.m in Room No.306, Centre for Comparative Literature, Bhasha Bhavana building, Visva-Bharati, Santiniketan. Reporting Time: 1.00 p.m, CCL office, Room No.116, Ground Floor, Bhasha Bhavana, Visva-Bharati, Santiniketan.
Essential Qualification:MA and NET (Lectureship) in Comparative Literature. Exemption
from NET, as per UGC rules. Desirable Qualification: PhD in Comparative Literature
Other rules and regulations as specified by the UGC / university may apply.
Remuneration: Rs.500/-per lecture subject to a maximum of Rs.20,000/-(twenty thousand only) per month.
Period of Appointment: For a period of 6 (six) months, or till the post is filled up, whichever is earlier.
Candidates should bring a copy of their updated resume and copies of at least two of their recent publications.
