Lucknow University Recruitment – Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor Vacancies

Applications from Indian Citizens are invited for the post of Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors (regular) in various departments of the University. Applicants are advised to visit CAREERS menu of the website www.lkouniv.ac.in for detailed information and Application Form. Last date for submission of Application Form is 19.10.2020

Applications are invited from Indian Nationals for the post of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor in various departments of the University of Lucknow. The University reserves the right to change the number and nature of posts/vacancies of any category and also to withdraw partial or full advertisement without assigning any reason. The qualification shall be as per UGC regulation 2018 as adopted by U.P. Government as per amended in the First Statute of University of Lucknow. The reservation under the SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and EWS categories are as per the UGC guidelines and U.P. Govt. rule

Note:–

• Candidates will have to apply separately for each post code.
• The candidates are requested to carefully read the General Instructions before filling up the application form. Candidates are also advised to visit the website (www.lkouniv.ac.in) regularly for further information related to the recruitment process.

Application Fee :-

A non refundable application fee of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) for Unreserved/OBC/EWS candidates and Rs. 1200/- (Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred only) for SC/ST candidates.

General Instructions:-

1. Mere eligibility will not entitle any candidate to be called for Interview.
2. Only matriculation/SSC Certificates issued by the concerned educational board will be considered as proof of date of birth.
3. Candidates belonging to OBC/SC/ST/EWS category will have to submit relevant certificates as per U.P. Government rules
4. Candidates must ensure before applying that they are eligible according to the criteria stipulated in the advertisement. If the candidate is found ineligible at any stage of recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified and their candidature will be cancelled
5. Concealment of facts/information or submitting false information will disqualify the candidature at any stage of recruitment.
6. The University reserves the rights to revise/reschedule/cancel/suspend the recruitment process without assigning any reason. The decision of the University shall be final and no appeal in this regard shall be entertained.
7. The University reserves the right of adding or subtracting no. of vacancies
8. Any Corrigendum/Changes/Updates related to the recruitment process shall be available on the official website of University of Lucknow.
9. The candidate must upload the copies of all relevant documents which they have claimed in the application form. The original certificates would be required at the time of interview only.
10. – Candidates desirous of applying for more than one post code should submit separate application for each post code along with requisite application fees.
11. The employed candidates of government sectors/autonomous bodies should send the applications through proper channel. However they may produce the No Objection Certificates from their organization/employer at the time of interview with an unambiguous certificate that no vigilance case is pending/being contemplated against him/her.
12. – Applications received without the requisite documents, fee and after the prescribed date will not be entertained in any case.
13. Incomplete applications shall be summarily rejected
14. The University reserves the right to change the number and nature of post/vacancies in case of any discrepancy without assigning any reason
