HPNLU Recruitment 2021 Notification for the post of  Professors has been released on its official website hpnlu.ac.in Eligible candidates can apply for the Himachal Pradesh National Law University Professors recruitment 2021 before the 08/01/2021 and also make sure to read the HPNLU Professors Shimla recruitment 2021 details such as eligibility criteria

Application Fee: Application should be accompanied with a non-refundable demand draft Rs. 1000/- for all categories drawn in favour of the “Registrar”, Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla. Payable at “Shimla”.

General Conditions:-

1. The candidates for the post of Professor must enter the relevant score in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based on Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS).
2. The application form must be accompanied by additional sheets (wherever required) and enclosures giving details of academic qualifications, experience, published work etc.
3. Candidates applying for the post of Professor shall submit copies of top five full-length papers published in journals/books, along with their applications.
4. No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.
5. In-service candidates shall route their applications through proper channel. However, candidates are advised to submit an advance copy of the application form well before the last date. They will however, be considered for interview only after their applications through proper channel are received by the University.
6. Applications not accompanied by necessary supporting documents, self-attested copies of degree certificates/ marks sheets/experience certificate/category certificate/reprints (if applicable) issued by the competent authority and the incomplete applications shall be rejected summarily.
7. The eligibility of candidates shall be determined as on the last date fixed for receipt of application Forms.
8. Any change of address given in the application form should at once be communicated to the University.
9. Before applying for a post, candidates are advised to satisfy themselves about their eligibility. No enquiry in this regard will be entertained.
10. The prescribed qualifications and experience are minimum and the mere possession of the same Shall not be entitled a candidate for being called for interview.
11. The University shall verify the antecedents or documents submitted at any time at the time of appointment or during the tenure of the service. In case, it is detected that the documents submitted are fake or the candidate has a clandestine antecedents/background and has suppressed the said information, his/her services shall be terminated forthwith.
12. Stringent criteria may be applied for short-listing the candidates to be called for interview.
13. The process of selection may be by a presentation/ Interview or a combination thereof.
14. Application should be accompanied with a non-refundable demand draft Rs. 1000/- for all categories drawn in favour of the “Registrar”, Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla. Payable at “Shimla”. Incomplete applications or applications received after the last date will be summarily rejected. The last date for submission of completed Application form is 08-01-2021, 5.00 PM
15. The candidates who have applied earlier against above posts (Advertisement No.-HPNLU-A(7)- 11(ADVT.)/2020/2 and 2-A dated 27-02-2020 and 28-02-2020) and had deposited the requisite fee are not required to submit the requisite fee again. But they will have to fill up the application form again with all the required documents attached along with proof of fee already deposited i.e. copy of DD.
16. The University shall not be responsible for postal delay, if any.
17. In case of any inadvertent mistake in the process of selection, which may be detected at any stage even after the issue of appointment order, the University reserves the right to modify / withdraw/ cancel any communication made to the candidates.
18. All further communications related to the above recruitments shall be through letter/ notices displayed on the University website i.e. www.hpnlu.ac.in
19. The prescribed Application Formats are available on the University website.

Other Terms and Conditions:-

1. For the Teaching Posts, the qualifications/eligibility and other terms and conditions of the appointment and service shall be as prescribed by the UGC Regulations and Regulations of Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla.

2. Application form should be accompanied with experience certificate, wherever required, from appropriate institution/authority clearly specifying duration of service, pay scale and last gross salary drawn.

3. The University reserves its right to place reasonable limit on the total number of candidates to be called for interview.

4. The University reserves the right to add or reduce the total number of posts to be filled in different categories of posts.
