- The female candidates are also exempted from application fee in terms Of notification No. UHF.Regr.Rectt.2-OI/?020-22393-2Z435 dated 19.09.2020.
- Application fee once paid will not be refunded.
- These posts will be filled up purely on contract basis initially for a period of one year which may be extendable on year to year basis, as per policy of the State Govt.
- The candidate selected for appointment to the above posts on contract basis shall have to execute a contract with the University i.e. Dr. Y SP UHF as per rules of the University.
- Evaluation of a candidate for these posts will be done in accordance with the Scorecard framed and notified by the University, vide Notification No.UHF.Regr.Rectt.2-111/2020-7581-7620 dated 14 07.2020 which is uploaded on the university website http://www.yspuniversity.ac_in. For the purpose of awarding marks as per criteria prescribed in the Scorecard except presentation and interview of a candidate, the last date of receipt of applicatlons will be reckoned and no marks for the achievement(s) gained, during the intervening period i.e. from the last date of receipt of applications and the date of interview will be given.
- Those PhD candidates whose registration in their Ph.D. programme is prior to 11.07.2019 and are not NET qualified, will have to submit the “Certificate of NET exemption” issued in their favour, from competent authority of University/ Institution, from where they had qualified their PhD verifying therein points (a) to (e) prescribed at Sr.No.I (iv) under the heading “Qualification” above, with their application form, failing which their application is liable to be rejected straightway.
- A candidate applying for more than one post should send separate application form for each post alongwith prescribed application fee.
- Candidate should be minimum of 18 years and not more than 45 years of age. The upper age limit is relaxable by five years for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Class/Persons with Disabilities as per provisions in Rules/ Instructions of the H.P. Government. The minimum and maximum age limit shall be reckoned upto the date of advertisement Notice i.e. on 11.12.2020. It is further clarified that the upper age limit fixed in the advertisement shall not be applicable in case of candidates already in service in Government/ Semi-Government/Recognized Institutions.
- The date determining eligibility of all candidates in respect of essential qualification(s) and experience, if any, shall be the prescribed last date for receipt of applications i.e. 12.012021 for candidates from Non-Tribal Areas and 27.01.2021 for candidates from tribal area.
