Application fee (nonrefundable) of Rs.1000/- (for Unreserved/EWS/OBC Category) and Rs. 500/- (for SC/ST Category) is to be submitted as demand draft in favor of “Finance Officer” UPUMS, Saifai, Etawah payable at Saifai. Candidates should write their name on the back side of the draft.
2. Complete application form with required self-attested of testimonials/documents in support of age/date of birth, educational qualification, experience, publications (as per latest NMC norms) should be submitted on or before 04/02/2022. Incomplete applications will not be considered and will be treated as rejected.
