Lucknow University announced job notification for the post of Assistant Professor has been released officially. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria alone can apply on the official website lkouniv.ac.in. The application process ends on 20.08.2021.

Online Applications are invited from Indian Nationals for the post of Assistant Professors /Associate Professors/Professors in various Departments/Institutions and Director, Institute of Management Sciences (Self Finance), University of Lucknow on Contract basis.

Assistant Professor under self financed programme (On contract)

3. Qualification for the above posts will be as per UGC regulations 2018 as adopted by Government of U.P. and University of Lucknow.

Associate Professor under self financed programme (On contract)

3. Qualification for the above posts will be as per UGC regulations 2018 as adopted by Government of U.P. and University of Lucknow.
4. Salary- As per university rules.

Professor under self financed programme (On contract)

2. Vacancies: 11 (These Positions are available in Various Department/ Institutions)
3. Qualification for the above posts will be as per UGC regulations 2018 as adopted by Government of U.P. and University of Lucknow.

Application Fee:-

A non refundable application fee of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only) for Unreserved/OBC/EWS candidates and Rs. 1200/- (Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred only) for SC/ST candidates

Note:-

1. The Terms and Conditions for post shall be in accordance with G.O. 2/2020/226/lRrj &2&2020&18¼31½@2018 Dated 13 March 2020

3. Selection Procedure shall be as per orders of Hon’ble Chancellor vide letter numberE-3019/32- GS/2020, dt.18.05.2021andE-4229/G.S. dated 2.07.2021

General Instructions:-

1- Advertisement No. R/03/2020 dated 27-10-2020 has been cancelled in compliance of the order of Hon’ble Chancellor dated 14-06-2021.

2- Applicants who had applied under specific category against aforesaid advertisement, need not to apply again under same category. However they can amend/add any information to their application form.

3- Applicants who had filled more than one application form under a specific category against Advertisement No. R/03/2020 dated 27-10-2020, can request for fee refundvia email on: rac.lucknowuniversity@gmail.com.

4- Mere eligibility will not entitle any candidate to be called for Interview.

5- Only matriculation/SSC Certificates issued by the concerned educational board will be considered as proof of date of birth.

6- Candidates belonging to OBC/SC/ST/EWS category should submit relevant certificates as per U.P. Government rules.

7- Candidates must ensure before applying that they are eligible according to the criteria stipulated in the advertisement. If the candidate is found ineligible at any stage of recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified andhis/her candidature will be cancelled.

8- Concealment of facts/information or submitting false information will disqualify the candidature at any stage of recruitment.

9- The University reserves the rights to revise/reschedule/cancel/suspend the recruitment process without assigning any reason. The decision of the University shall be final and no appeal in this regard shall be entertained.

10- Any Corrigendum/Changes/Updates related to the recruitment process shall be available on official website of University of Lucknow.

11- The candidate must attach the copies of all relevant documents which they have claimed in the application form. The original certificates would be required at the time of interview only.

12- Candidates desirous of applying for more than one post should submit separate applications with requisite application fees.

13- The employed candidates of government sectors/Autonomous Bodies should send the application through proper channel. However they may produce the No Objection Certificates from their organization at the time of interview with an unambiguous certificate that no vigilance case is pending/being contemplated against him/her.

14- Application received without the requisite documents, fee and after the prescribed date will not be entertained in any case.

15- Incomplete applications shall be summarily rejected.

16- The University reserves the right to change the number and nature of post/Vacancies in case of any discrepancy without assigning any reason.

2. Last date for submission of Online Application Forms is 20.08.2021 Advt. No. R./03/2020 dated 27.10.2020 is cancelled herewith.
3. Applicants who had applied under a specific category against Advt. No. R./03/2020dated 27-10-2020,need not to apply again under that very category. However they can amend their application form if needed.
