Educational Qualifications & Experience:-
- Contract: Ph. D with 55% in the preceding degree or equivalent in the relevant field.
- Essential: 3 years’ experience in teaching at graduate/ post graduate or in industry in the field or related discipline.
- Desirable: Publications of research papers in national or international journals and experience of conducting sponsored research projects/ training programs.
- Brief description of the functions School of Business Environment: Understanding the business environment implies the inclusive study of economic trends, financing options, developments in technology, legal and business environments. The School focuses on the study and analysis of emerging business environments, trends and future scenarios so as to facilitate the drawing up of policy frameworks and administrative systems and to enable debate on appropriate strategies and structures that promote creativity and entrepreneurship in business. Development of new technologies has always been at the heart of economic growth and business development.
- The School constantly scans developments in emerging technologies and uses the information as input for the various training programmes of IICA. Business sustainability in environmental terms has become the centre point of business strategy and vast resources are being earmarked for ensuring energy security and availability for sustained development and economic growth. The School monitors all such initiatives in order to explore possibilities of business development in areas of energy sustainability. The SOBE aims to facilitate basic understanding of the issues involved so as to be able to render appropriate strategic and policy advice to Government and Corporate Sector.
Selection Procedure:-
- All applications received up to due date/time will be screened with reference to the minimum educational qualifications and experience criteria prescribed for the position/(s) and only shortlisted candidates would be called for making presentation and/or interview before the duly constituted selection committee on a date/time which shall be communicated separately.
- The Institute reserves the right to devise its criteria for short listing of candidates for all the positions advertised.
- The duly constituted Selection Committee will shortlist the candidates adopting such criteria. Candidates are advised to mention in the application all the qualifications and experience in the relevant area over and above the minimum prescribed qualification, and ensure that all details are complete, accurate and correct.
- Decision of IICA in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of any/all applications, fixing the eligibility criteria, equivalence of qualifications, mode of screening/selection, conduct of test/examination/interview, will be final and binding on the candidates
- Mode of Recruitment : Deputation : 03 years or Contract : Maximum 05 years on year-to-year basis
