Qualification Requirements

Educational Qualification:
-
Master’s Degree with at least 60% marks (or equivalent grade) in the relevant subject/field, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries Science.

A relaxation of 5% marks is applicable for SC/ST/Disabled (Physically/Visually) candidates at both Graduate and Master’s levels.

Additional Requirements:

NET/SLET qualification conducted by ICAR/UGC/CSIR or any other recognized agency is essential.

Candidates with Master’s Degree must have cleared NET/SLET and published at least one paper in a NAAS-rated refereed journal.

Candidates with a Ph.D. (with course work) and two full-length publications (NAAS rating ≥ 4) are exempted from NET.

Candidates with Ph.D. without course work will not qualify for NET exemption.

Job Location: Pantnagar, Uttarakhand
Remuneration
-
₹650 per hour, up to a maximum of ₹30,000 per month for candidates meeting Assistant Professor eligibility.

₹550 per hour, up to a maximum of ₹25,000 per month for candidates with B.F.Sc. and Master’s in Fisheries Science.

Positions are purely temporary and contractual.
