Job Responsibilities:
- To train the students in every aspect to become ready for corporate, higher studies and to start startup / entrepreneurship
- Candidate must be having prior experience in placements and training of students.
- Build maintain effective Corporate Relations with domestic International firms of repute
for campus placements and for Corporate Institute interface - Identifying and researching the market for upcoming companies who have Potential for
recruitment - Meeting the recruitment managers of various corporates and convincing them to visit the
campus for recruitment - Improve the quality of placements by bringing better companies higher salaries as per the market standards
- Explore opportunities and ensure Summer internship and placement of students in
reputed companies - Introduce sustainable new initiatives to face the challenges of management education and meeting the expectations of students and the industry.
- To arrange various competitive examinations of organizations of repute
- To support and liaison with the admission cell to increase the demand for admission this
suitable strategies
Qualification: MBA, Preferably with B.E, /B.Tech
Experience: Minimum of five years experience in similar position
