Vice Principal, Finance Officer and other Non-Teaching posts in KVS

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), henceforth mentioned as KVS, an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India invites Online applications from Indian Citizens for filling up the following Officers’ Cadre  and Non-Teaching posts to be filled up by direct recruitment for the years 2014-15 and 2015-16.

Vice Principal (V.P.)

Essential Qualification:

Academic i)Master Degree from recognized university with atleast 45% marks in aggregate. ii) B.Ed or equivalent teaching degree.

Experience (a) Persons holding analogous posts or posts of Vice-Principals in Central/State Govt./ Autonomous organizations of Central/State Govt. in the Pay Band of Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400;

OR

Persons holding posts of PGTs or Lecturer in Central/State Govt./ Autonomous organizations of Central/State Govt. in the pay band of Rs. 9300- 34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4800 or equivalent with at least 6 years’ regular service in the aforesaid grade.

OR

10 years combined regular services as PGT in the Pay band of Rs. 9300- 34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4800/- and TGT in the Pay Band of Rs. 9300- 34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- out of which 03 years as PGT.

Knowledge of Computer Applications.

Finance Officer

Essential Qualification:

B.Com with 50% marks in aggregate and atleast 4 years post qualification experience in the Audit and Accounts work,

OR

M.Com with 50% marks and atleast 3 years post qualification experience in the Audit and Accounts works,

OR

CA(Inter) or ICWA(Inter) or MBA (Finance) or PGDM (Finance) (2 years full time 3 years part time) with 2 years post qualification experience in the Audit and Accounts works.

Knowledge of Computer applications.

 

Assistant

Essential Qualification:

Graduate with 03 years experience as UDC in Central / State Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ Public Sector Undertakings.

Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications. 4 Upper Division Clerk Educational Qualifications: i). Graduate

EXPERIENCE: 3 years’ experience as LDC in Central Govt./ State Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ Public Sector Undertaking

DESIRABLE: Knowledge of Computer Applications.

Lower Division Clerk

Essential Qualification

Class XII pass or equivalent qualification from recognized board or university.

Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English OR 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer.

Working knowledge of Hindi.

Hindi Translator

Essential Qualification

Master’s Degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium examination at the degree level;

OR

Master’s Degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium examination at the degree level; OR Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Degree level;OR Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Degree level; OR Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or 4 English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at the Degree level; AND Recognised Diploma or Certificate Course in Translation from Hindi to English & vice-versa or two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English & Vice-versa in Central or State Government Office including Government of India Undertaking.

Steno Grade II

Essential Qualification:

12th Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.. ii. Skill Test Norms: Dictation: 10 Minutes @ 80 w.p.m. Transcription: 50 mts (Eng) or 65 mts (Hindi) (On Computer)

Asstt. Editor

Essential Qualification:

Degree of a recognized University or equivalent. 3 years experience of journalistic publicity or public relations work in a Govt. Deptt. Or in a Newspaper/News agency or a commercial concern of repute.

Desirable:

Diploma in Journalism from a recognized University/ Institution.
