UPSC, New Delhi invites application for the recruitment of Six Lecturers (Pharmacy), Department of Training & Technical Education, Government of NCT of Delhi (SC-01, UR-05). The post is suitable for Physically Challenged Persons viz. Orthopaedically Handicapped / Locomotor Disability / Cerebral Palsy with disability i.e. One leg affected (Right or Left) (OL) or One arm affected (Right or Left) (OA). The posts are temporary but likely to continue indefinitely. Pay Scale: Rs. 15,600-39,100 ( PB-3) + Rs. 5,400(Grade Pay)+ @ DA as applicable (Pre-revised). General Central Service, Group ‘A’,Gazetted Non-Ministerial. Age: 35 years.
QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL: (A)EDUCATIONAL: (i) Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with 1st class, or (ii) Master’s degree in Pharmacy with 1st class or grade points more than 6.75 under CGPA. (iii) Registration as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948. (B) EXPERIENCE: Three years teaching and professional experience for Bachelors and one year for Masters Qualification.
NOTE-I: Qualification should be acquired through regular programmes and not through distance education. NOTE-II: If a class/division is not awarded, a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate shall be considered equivalent to 1st class/division.
