The post is permanent. Pay Scale:Level-11 in the pay matrix plus NPA as per 7th CPC. General Central Service, Group ‘A’ Gazetted, Non-Ministerial.
Age: 35 years.
QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL: EDUCATIONAL:
(i) Second class M.Ed of a recognised University or equivalent. (ii)Five year’s experience in teaching preferably in a University College, after obtaining the post- graduate qualification.
DESIRABLE:
(i) Doctorate degree. (ii) Experience in teaching Nursing students.
DUTIES:
Responsible for teaching (i) the course of education to M.Sc (Nursing) students, (ii) teaching course of guidance and counseling to M.Sc (Nursing) students, (iii) teaching course of education to Post-certificate students, (iv) Acting as Thesis Adviser and; (v) Organising seminars on education and research for M.Sc(Nursing) students.
