Project Title: Fabrication and Optimization of lead free inorganic halide perovskite based memristive devices and systematic investigation of synaptic characteristics for neuromorphic applications

Qualification:
Essential Qualification: Master Degree in Physics/ Chemistry or equivalent with GATE/ NET/ CSIR
Candidate Profile:
- The candidate should be completed a UG/PG in the relevant discipline with good academic records.
- The candidate should have excellent communication
- Candidates should be passionate towards teaching and guiding students
- The candidate should have good research record
Pay Scale: 31,000/- +HRA
