1. Assistant Professor (Grade I & II)

Departments:

  • Analytics & Decision Science

  • Marketing

Qualification:

  • Ph.D. with First Class or equivalent at preceding degrees in relevant specialization

  • Strong academic background and knowledge of current developments in the field

  • Expected to teach across programs, publish high-quality research, and contribute to academic administration

Pay Scale:

  • Grade I (Level 12): ₹1,01,500 – ₹1,67,400 (Entry Pay ₹1,01,500)

  • Grade II (Level 10): ₹57,700 – ₹98,200 (Entry Pay ₹84,700)

2. Professor of Practice / Associate Professor of Practice

Qualification / Experience:

  • Substantial industry or government experience

  • Professor of Practice: Minimum 15 years, with at least 5 years at senior level

  • Associate Professor of Practice: Minimum 10 years experience

  • Ability to teach Long Duration Programme courses (MBA), MDP/UBP, and contribute full-time

Compensation:

  • Equivalent to regular Associate Professor or Full Professor
