Job Title: Assistant Professor / Lecturer / NTS (Non-Teaching Staff)
Departments: Hotel & Tourism Management

Qualification:

  • Lecturer: B.Sc. Hotel Management / Catering Science

  • Assistant Professor: M.Sc. Hotel Management / MHM / MTM / Tourism Management

  • NTS Role: Diploma in Hotel Management

Experience:

  • 0–5 years in Teaching or Hotel/Tourism Industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver lectures in Hotel Management & Tourism subjects

  • Conduct practical labs: Food Production, F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping

  • Mentor student projects, internships, and industrial training

  • Organize hospitality events, theme lunches, and industry visits

  • Support NAAC/IQAC documentation and departmental activities

  • Maintain professional grooming, discipline, and etiquette among students

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent communication and teaching skills

  • Hands-on expertise in hotel operations

  • Knowledge of PMS/POS hospitality software

  • Professional grooming and hospitality-focused attitude

  • Passion for guiding students and fostering learning
