🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Common Essential Qualifications for PGTs:

  • Master’s Degree or Integrated Post Graduate Degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks.

  • B.Ed. degree from a recognized institution OR equivalent integrated degrees (B.Ed-M.Ed).

  • Proficiency in Hindi and English medium teaching.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience as TGT/PGT in reputed institutions.

  • Residential school background.

  • Computer literacy.

  • Aptitude for NDA training.

For Lab Assistant (Physics):

  • Intermediate (10+2) with Science or equivalent qualification.

  • Knowledge of computer applications is desirable.

Application Process

Mode: Offline only

  1. Download the application form from www.sainikschooljhansi.com under the “Recruitment” section.

  2. Fill in capital letters and attach:

    • Self-attested educational certificates from Class 10 onwards.

    • Two passport-size photos.

    • Self-addressed envelope with ₹27/- postage stamp.

    • Demand Draft of ₹500/- (Gen/OBC) or ₹250/- (SC/ST) in favor of Principal, Sainik School Jhansi, payable at SBI Bundelkhand University Branch (Code: 03808).

    • Valid caste certificate (if applicable).

  3. Send via Speed Post/Registered Post (by India Post only). Hand-delivered applications will be rejected.

Selection is based on:

  • Written Exam

  • Skill Test/Class Demonstration

  • Interview
