3. The Contractual appointment would be made initially for a period of one year and may be extendable annually based on satisfactory performance of the incumbent to be reviewed on yearly basis for further periods till the regular appointments are made.
4. The contractual appointees shall be given 30 days (2.5 days per month)paid leave in year, in addition to week end and gazetted holidays. Services of the incumbent so selected/appointed on contract basis may be terminated by Institute by giving one month’s notice or salary in lieu thereof without assigning any reason.
5. The concerned person may leave the contract mid-way after giving one month’s notice or salary in lieu thereof.
6. There would not be any claim for regularization/absorption on part of contractual faculty so appointed in VAMNICOM.
7. The persons appointed on contract basis shall not be entitled for any pension or other terminal benefits for the services rendered by him/her on contract basis.
8. The incumbent will not be allowed to accept any outside assignment.
9. The services of the person so appointed on contract basis will be regulated under the conduct rules applicable to the employees of the VAMNICOM/NCCT.
10. The Institute reserves the right to cancel/increase/decrease the number of without assigning any reason thereof.
11. No correspondence will be entertained with the candidates, who are not called for interview/selected for appointment.
