The Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Union Territory Mission Authority of Dadra and Nagar Haveli invites applications in the prescribe format from the eligible candidates for the posts of Primary and Upper Primary School teacher purely on Contract basis

Essential Qualification:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: (Primary School Teachers classes I – V)
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
OR
Graduation and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education. (by whatever name known).
AND
Pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) to be conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose. i.e. CTET & Gujarat TET.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: (Upper Primary School Teacher classes VI – VIII)
Graduation and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). OR Graduation with at least 50% marks and 1 year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).
OR
Graduation with at least 45% marks and 1 year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor in Elementary Education. (B.El. Ed.).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 years B.A./B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed. OR
Graduation with at least 50% marks and 1 year B.Ed. (Special Education).
AND
Pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), to be conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose. i.e. CTET & Gujarat TET.
Age Limit & Age Relaxation:
Age limit: Not exceeding 30 years
Age Relaxation: For SC/ST candidates up to 35 years and 33 years for OBC candidates and 40 years for Differently abled candidates. For Departmental Candidates up to 40 years, and 45 years in case of SC/ST Departmental Candidates, & 43 years for OBC Departmental Candidates. The crucial date of determining the age-limit shall be the closing date for receipt of applications.
