Reasoning and Aptitude Trainer
Department: Training & Placements

Qualifications Required

Master’s degree in Mathematics OR
B.Tech in Engineering
Proven experience as an Aptitude/Reasoning Trainer, preferably in a higher education setting

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal reasoning, and data interpretation
Implement innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning
Organize mock placement tests simulating major company recruitment patterns
Provide individualized guidance and support for students needing improvement
Stay updated with the latest patterns in campus recruitment tests and competitive exams

Candidate Requirements

Dynamic, adaptable, and flexible in adopting new teaching strategies
Strong command over quantitative concepts and reasoning skills
Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
