Established in 2014 under Act No. 11 of the State Legislature of Arunachal Pradesh and notified in the Official Gazette (Extraordinary), North East Frontier Technical University (NEFTU) is the first private technical university in the state.

Qualification Requirements

For Teaching Positions

  • Ph.D. / NET / M.Ed / Postgraduate degree in the relevant discipline

  • Strong academic record throughout

For Administrative Positions

  • Ph.D. / Postgraduate / Undergraduate degree, depending on the role

  • Computer proficiency preferred

Experience Criteria

  • Assistant Professor: 0–5 years (Freshers may apply)

  • Associate Professor: More than 5 years, including 2 years post Ph.D.

  • Professor: Minimum 10 years, with at least 5 years as Associate Professor

  • Deputy Controller of Examinations:

    • 5 years’ experience as Assistant Registrar OR

    • Master’s degree with minimum 55% marks (Experience in examination management desirable)

  • Public Relations Officer:

    • Master’s degree in Communication/Journalism

    • 6 years of experience in editorial or ABC-accredited media organizations

Candidate Profile

  • Experienced professionals capable of effective teaching, research, and consultancy

  • Fresh graduates who demonstrate potential are encouraged to apply

  • Strong communication, academic, and organizational skills preferred
