BC Nagesh, the Karnataka Education Minister, has initiated a teacher recruitment drive for a total of 15 thousand openings in classes 6 to 8. On March 21, 2022, a full notice will be issued, and the online registration site will open on March 23, 2022. The minister announced the recruitment schedule on March 18, 2022, via his official Twitter account.

According to local media sources, the recruitment procedure is being carried out in order to improve the quality of education and schools. A minimum of 5,000 positions have been been aside for Hyderabad-Karnataka. The Karnataka Department of Public Education will conduct the recruitment process.

On Twitter, BC Nagesh wrote, “The notification will be issued on March 21 for the recruitment of 15,000 teachers (6-8). Online Application Submission Commencement – 23 March, 2022. Online Application deadline – 22 April 2022. CET Exam Date – 21st and 22nd of May.”
From March 23, 2022 until April 22, 2022, candidates can apply for a recruitment campaign for 15,000 positions. Following that, on May 21 and 22, 2022, candidates will take the Common Entrance Test, or CET Exam 2022. - The Common Entrance Test (CET) 2022 for technical posts will be 400 marks.
