IIT Madras Recruitment 2024 is an ongoing process under Advertisement No.IITM/R/1/2024 dated 10.02.2024for filling 64 Non-Teaching positions in various categories such as Chief Security Officer, Assistant Registrar, Sports Officer, Junior Superintendent, Assistant Security Officer, Physical Training Instructor, Junior Assistant, Cook, Driver, and Security Guard.

Eligibility for IIT Madras Non-Teaching positions Recruitment 2024
Chief Security Officer
Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years of relevant experience in security, fire fighting, and rescue operations.
Assistant Registrar
Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade point average and at least 8 years of relevant administrative experience.
Sports Officer
Master’s degree in Physical Education or Sports Science with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade point average and at least 5 years of relevant coaching experience.
Junior Superintendent
Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, Commerce or Management with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average and at least 6 years of relevant administrative experience.
Assistant Security Officer
Bachelor’s degree with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average and at least 5 years of relevant experience in security, fire fighting, and rescue operations.
Physical Training Instructor
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average and at least 2 years of relevant coaching experience.
Junior Assistant
Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, Commerce or Management with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average and knowledge of computer office applications.
Cook
Class 10th pass with at least 5 years of experience in cooking Indian, South Indian, and Continental cuisines.
Driver
Class 10th pass with valid driving license for both heavy and light vehicles and at least 3 years of driving experience.
Security Guard
Class 10th pass with at least 2 years of experience in security, fire fighting, and rescue operations.
