Job Title
Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Project Title
Design and Development of a planar structure embedded dual-band waveguide bandpass filter at C-band (3400–3425 MHz and 4180–4200 MHz) to acquire and track the NavIC satellite CDMA signals
Tenure of the Project
-
Maximum 2 years or till project completion (whichever is earlier)
-
May be converted into a regular JRF position as per IIT(ISM) rules
Essential Qualifications
Candidates must have First Class / First Division (60% or above or equivalent CGPA) in:
Any one of the following:
-
M.Tech / M.E. / MS in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication or related areas
-
B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics / ECE / E&TC
-
M.Sc in Electronics
-
M.Sc in Physics (with specialization in Electronics)
Mandatory: Valid GATE / NET qualification
Desirable Qualifications
-
Strong knowledge of Electromagnetics and Microwave Engineering
-
Hands-on experience with RF simulation software tools
Fellowship
-
₹37,000/- per month + 20% HRA (if hostel accommodation is not provided)
