Qualifications:

Ph.D. in International Business (mandatory)

Strong record or potential for quality teaching and impactful research

Publications in Scopus/Web of Science indexed journals (preferred)

Knowledge of modern teaching methods and business education technologies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Professional experience in HR, Organizational Development, Consulting (desirable)
Experience:

Ph.D. with relevant teaching/research experience (Assistant Professor level).
Job Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in International Business, Global Strategy, Cross-Cultural Management, and International Trade.

Supervise student projects, theses, and internships.

Develop and update curriculum and course materials to match global business trends.

Publish in high-quality academic journals.

Contribute to departmental activities, research, and academic service.

Mentor students and provide academic guidance.
