Eligibility Criteria
1. Professor
-
Ph.D. with First Class (or equivalent grade) in a relevant Master’s discipline.
-
Minimum 10 SCI publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
-
Research Score: Minimum 120.
-
Must have guided at least 2 doctoral candidates.
-
Experience: 10–15 years in teaching/research/industry (at least 3 years as Associate Professor).
-
Industry candidates should have 10–15 years of senior managerial experience in reputed organizations/MNCs with published research work of high quality.
2. Associate Professor
-
Ph.D. with First Class (or equivalent grade) in a relevant Master’s discipline.

Minimum 7 SCI publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.

Research Score: Minimum 75.

Experience: 8 years in teaching/research/industry (at least 3 years post-Ph.D.).

Industry candidates should have at least 8 years of senior managerial experience with proven research contributions.
3. Assistant Professor
-
Ph.D. (mandatory) with at least 55% marks in the Master’s degree in Business Management/Administration or related field.

Minimum 2 SCI publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.

Desirable:
-
Ph.D. with 2 years of teaching/research experience.

Presentation of at least 2 papers in UGC/ICSSR/CSIR-sponsored seminars or conferences.

Salary
As per UGC norms (salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate).
