✅ Eligibility & Qualification

  • Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor: Ph.D. from IIT / NIT / recognized foreign university, with 1st class in UG & PG

  • Assistant Professor (M.Tech): M.Tech in relevant discipline with 1st class in UG & PG

  • Physical Education: M.P.Ed with 1st division; Ph.D. preferred

Experience Requirements:

  • Professor: 12–15 years post-Ph.D. experience

  • Associate Professor: 7–10 years post-Ph.D. experience

  • Senior Assistant Professor: Minimum 2 years post-Ph.D.

  • Assistant Professor: 2–5 years post-Ph.D. or post-M.Tech experience

  • Physical Director: Minimum 3 years post-M.P.Ed experience

💰 Salary & Benefits

  • Professor: Rs. 30–33 LPA (AICTE Revised Pay Scale)

  • Associate Professor: Rs. 25–27.5 LPA

  • Senior Assistant Professor: Rs. 16 LPA

  • Assistant Professor: Rs. 8–12 LPA

  • Physical Director: Rs. 11 LPA
