1. Professor & Head of the Department (HoD) – MBA
Qualification & Experience:
-
Ph.D. (Mandatory) in Management from a recognized university.
-
15–20 years of teaching and administrative experience in Management Education.
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience as Head of the Department (MBA) in a reputed institution.
Preferred Attributes:
-
Strong academic and research credentials with publications in reputed journals.

Proven leadership in driving academic excellence and institutional growth.

Experience in Entrepreneurship Development, Industry Collaboration, and Student Mentoring.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
2. Assistant / Associate Professors – MBA
Qualification & Experience:

Ph.D. in Management / Commerce from a recognized university or UGC–NET / TNSET qualification (mandatory).

Assistant Professor: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience.

Associate Professor: Minimum 15 years of teaching experience.

Expertise in Management / Data Science / Data Analytics / Commerce Education preferred.
Preferred Attributes:

Strong academic and research background with publications in reputed journals.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
