Obtaining degrees from these fake universities can lead to severe consequences, so it’s crucial to make informed decisions about education.
Delhi has the highest number of such universities on the list, with eight institutions being identified:
- All India Institute of Public and Physical Health Sciences
- Commercial University Ltd, Daryaganj
- United Nations University
- Vocational University
- ADR-Centric Juridical University
- Indian Institution of Science and Engineering
- Viswakarma Open University for Self-Employment
- Adhyatmik Vishwavidyalaya (Spiritual University)
Uttar Pradesh follows with four universities on the list:
- Gandhi Hindi Vidyapith
- National University of Electro Complex Homeopathy
- Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose University (Open university)
- Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad
Additionally, several other such universities exist in Karnataka, Maharashtra, Puducherry, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, and Kerala.
