1. Facility Manager

Job Overview

The Facility Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the entire campus—including academic buildings, hostels, labs, common areas, workshops, and outdoor spaces—is clean, functional, inspection-ready, and aesthetically well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping & Hygiene

  • Lead housekeeping operations across all campus zones

  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly cleaning schedules

  • Ensure hygiene audits, deep cleaning cycles, and consumable stock availability

Waste & Sanitation Management

  • Oversee waste segregation and disposal

  • Implement e-waste, sanitary, and scrap disposal protocols

  • Maintain sanitation documentation for NAAC, NBA, AICTE, DoTE

Gardening & Campus Ambience

  • Manage gardening teams and landscaping

  • Ensure outdoor lighting, signage, and pathways are functional

  • Execute seasonal gardening and green campus initiatives

Daily Operations & Logistics

  • Ensure readiness of classrooms, labs, studios, and halls

  • Manage event setups and furniture movement

  • Oversee hostel cleanliness, key management, and lost & found

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Handle vendors for housekeeping, pest control, waste, gardening, laundry

  • Verify SLA compliance, attendance, billing, and performance

Compliance & Audit Readiness

  • Maintain hygiene documentation

  • Ensure campus readiness for AICTE, NAAC, NBA, AU, ISO, Fire safety audits

  • Maintain water quality testing records

Coordination

  • Work closely with Estate and Security teams

  • Support emergency operations

Budget & Inventory

  • Manage housekeeping budget

  • Track stocks and consumables

  • Optimize cost and reduce wastage

Staff Leadership

  • Lead supervisors, gardeners, and support staff

  • Plan duty rosters, training, and performance monitoring

Key Performance Indicators

  • Cleanliness audit ≥ 90%

  • Washroom hygiene compliance

  • Hostel cleanliness rating

  • Vendor SLA compliance

  • Daily classroom/lab readiness score

  • Complaint closure within 24 hours

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Facility/Hotel/Hospitality preferred)

  • Minimum 10 years experience in facility or hospitality management

  • Strong leadership, hygiene management, and vendor handling skills

2. Senior Office Superintendent

The Senior Office Superintendent will manage academic administration, compliance documentation, statutory records, and coordinate with regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance

  • Prepare documentation for AICTE, Anna University, DoTE, NAAC, NBA

  • Handle inspections, approvals, statutory registers, and compliance files

Academic Administration

  • Manage UMIS uploads, student records, admission registers

  • Prepare academic reports, councils, and submissions

Admissions & Student Records

  • Handle UG/PG admissions documentation

  • Manage student certificates, fee data, scholarships (BC/MBC/SC/ST/NSP/PMSS)

Office Operations

  • Supervise admin staff

  • Manage filing, communication logs, circulars, notices

  • Coordinate departmental documentation

Finance & Inventory

  • Support documentation for fee collection

  • Verify vouchers, bills, and maintain stationery inventory

Communication & Liaison

  • Communicate with university/regulatory bodies

  • Coordinate with Principals, Deans, Directors, and HoDs

Eligibility Criteria

  • 10–15+ years administrative experience in higher education

  • Expertise in AICTE, AU, DoTE, NAAC, NBA processes

  • Strong English & Tamil communication skills

  • Excellent documentation, follow-up, and supervision capabilities
