Minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA at the Master’s degree level in the relevant subject.

Must have cleared NET/SLET/SET conducted by UGC/CSIR or equivalent bodies.

Ph.D. holders are exempted from NET/SLET/SET.

Experience: Not mandatory.
Associate Professor
-
Minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA at the Master’s degree level.

Ph.D. in the relevant subject.
-
Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a recognized institution.

Minimum 7 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
Professor
-
Ph.D. degree in the relevant/allied/applied discipline.
-
A minimum of 10 years of teaching/research experience, including experience as Assistant/Associate Professor.

Minimum 10 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.

Should have guided doctoral candidates successfully.

Candidates from academia/industry with significant contributions in the field (supported by evidence) and 10 years of experience may also apply.
Desirable Skills:

Proven record of research funding from government agencies.

Experience in organizing international conferences, FDPs, and workshops.

Leadership qualities to manage teaching and non-teaching teams.

Active involvement in NAAC/NBA accreditation processes.

Strong subject knowledge and ability to deliver a 15-minute presentation during the interview.

Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
