Qualifications and Responsibilities
1. Director
Role: Provide academic leadership, strategic vision, and administrative oversight.
Eligibility:
-
Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
-
Minimum 15 years of teaching/research/administrative experience in a reputed institution
-
Experience in AI-integrated management education, ESG, and Glocal Leadership preferred
Key Responsibilities: -
Drive Vision 2030 for global impact and rankings

Strengthen industry-academia partnerships in the Bengaluru tech ecosystem

Lead AI and digital transformation in curriculum
-
Foster research, innovation, entrepreneurship, and alumni engagement
Tenure: As per AICTE norms (typically 3–5 years, renewable)
2. Faculty Positions
Eligibility:
-
Master’s degree in relevant field; Ph.D. preferred

2–5 years of teaching/research experience for Assistant Professor
-
10+ years of experience for Associate Professor/Professor

Expertise in case studies, industry projects, and research publications (ABDC/SCOPUS preferred)

Proficiency in AI tools and digital pedagogy
Responsibilities: -
Teach MBA and Executive Programs with global and local (Glocal) focus

Contribute to research, consultancy, and industry collaborations

Support ESG initiatives, startup incubation, and accreditation processes (AACSB, NBA)
3. Non-Teaching Positions
Positions: Librarian, Lab Assistant, Admin Assistant, Office Assistants
Eligibility: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
