Qualification

Postgraduate degree in any subject
B.Ed. or M.Ed. (Preferred)

Experience & Eligibility Criteria

5–8 years of teaching experience in Matriculation Schools
3–5 years of experience in academic leadership roles such as Academic Coordinator or Vice Principal
Thorough knowledge of the Matriculation syllabus and examination patterns
Ability to manage academic planning across all grade levels

Skills & Competencies

Academic supervision and classroom observation skills
Teacher mentoring and professional development capabilities
Result-oriented and disciplined approach to academics
Strong documentation, reporting, and inspection-handling skills
Ability to coordinate and manage teachers effectively across departments
