Eligibility Criteria

Professor:

  • Minimum 10 years of Teaching/Industry/Research experience post-PhD (excluding PhD period), including 4+ years at Associate Professor level in IITs, IISc, IIMs, NITIE, IISERs, or equivalent institutions.

  • Demonstrated leadership in research with guidance of M.Tech/PhD students, publications in reputed journals, patents, and professional contributions.

Associate Professor:

  • Minimum 6 years of Teaching/Industry/Research experience post-PhD, including 3 years as Assistant Professor Grade-I or equivalent.

  • Demonstrated independent research, M.Tech/PhD guidance, and publications in high-impact journals.

Assistant Professor Grade-I:

  • PhD with first class or equivalent in the preceding degree, very good academic record.

  • 3 years of teaching/research/industry experience post-PhD.

  • Strong research record with publications and/or patents.

Assistant Professor Grade-II:

  • PhD with first class or equivalent in the preceding degree, very good academic record.

  • Demonstrated research potential; may be appointed on contract.

  • Job Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

  • Pay Scale: As per 7th CPC
