Graphic Designer

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in:

    • Multimedia Design

    • Visual Communication

    • Graphic Design

    • or related fields

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in:

    • Adobe Photoshop

    • Illustrator

    • InDesign

    • Premiere Pro

    • or equivalent design/editing tools

  • Strong creative thinking, visualization, and conceptual design abilities

  • Excellent attention to detail

Experience Required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in:

    • Multimedia design

    • Digital content creation

    • Visual communication

  • Experience working with:

    • Educational institutions

    • Event branding

    • Corporate communications
      (Preferred but not mandatory)

  • Ability to handle:

    • Social media creatives

    • Video content

    • Multimedia projects independently

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage official social media platforms and digital communication.

  • Update website content and execute digital campaigns.

  • Capture photos/videos of campus events (seminars, conferences, celebrations, workshops).

  • Design brochures, banners, posters, newsletters, invitations, and promotional materials.

  • Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across digital and print media.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for content requirements.

  • Deliver high-quality creative output within deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in:

    • University media departments

    • Institutional branding

    • Corporate communication

  • Additional skills in:

    • Photography

    • Videography

    • Basic motion graphics

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong time management and collaboration skills.
