Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT) Allahabad invites applications from motivated and eligible candidates for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering for the academic year 2025–2026. Project Title

“Design and Development of High-Gain, Wideband Beam Steerable Reflectarray Antennas for 5G mm-Wave and 6G sub-THz Applications.”

This project focuses on designing advanced reflectarray antennas to support high-frequency 5G and emerging 6G technologies.

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in relevant branches
GATE qualification is mandatory

Fellowship / Salary

₹37,000 per month + 20% HRA (for first 2 years)
₹42,000 per month + 20% HRA (for the 3rd year)

(as per project norms)
