Experience Required

  • Assistant Professor / Lecturer: 0–1 year (Freshers encouraged)

  • Associate Professor: Minimum 5 years, including 2 years post-Ph.D.

  • Professor: Minimum 10 years, with at least 5 years as Associate Professor

  • Fresh BE graduates with strong academic interest are welcome

  • Strong academic background in relevant discipline

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and research

  • Ability to contribute to academic and institutional development
