Job Title: Physical Education Trainer
Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: B.P.Ed. or equivalent; M.P.Ed. preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in physical education, sports coaching, or fitness training.

Skills:
-
Strong understanding of fitness and sports training methods.

Good communication and leadership skills.
-
Passion for promoting student health and wellness.

Preference for candidates with coaching certifications (NIS/SAI) or participation at state/national levels.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Train and mentor students and sports teams for inter-college and university events.

Manage gym facilities and ensure equipment maintenance.

Organize sports events, tournaments, and fitness programs.

Maintain sports fields, courts, and facilities in ready condition.

Promote student participation, discipline, and teamwork.

Coordinate with the Resident Manager for student welfare and safety.
Preferred Candidates:
-
Certified coaches with NIS/SAI or equivalent credentials.

Players or coaches with achievements at inter-university, state, or national level.

Experience in organizing sports fests or campus fitness programs.

Multi-sport trainers committed to building a culture of fitness and discipline.
