Qualifications & Eligibility

Professor

  • Ph.D. in the relevant/allied discipline.

  • Minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.

  • Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience at the university/college level or equivalent institution.

  • A total research score of 120 as per MNLU Nagpur Service Regulations, 2022.

  • Outstanding professionals from industry with a Ph.D. and 10 years of professional experience may also apply.

Associate Professor

  • Ph.D. in the relevant/allied discipline.

  • Master’s degree with 55% marks (or equivalent grade).

  • Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience equivalent to that of Assistant Professor.

  • At least 7 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.

  • A total research score of 75 as per MNLU Nagpur Service Regulations, 2022.

Assistant Professor

  • Master’s degree with 55% marks in the concerned/relevant subject.

  • Must have cleared NET/SLET/SET or possess a Ph.D. in accordance with UGC Regulations (2009/2016).

  • Ph.D. holders meeting UGC evaluation and publication norms are exempt from NET/SLET/SET.

  • Ph.D. obtained from a Top 500 World Ranked University (QS/THE/ARWU) is also acceptable.
