Kumaraguru Institute of Agriculture (KIA), established in September 2014 by Arutchelvar Padma Bhushan Dr. N. Mahalingam, is dedicated to empowering rural youth through quality agricultural education. Affiliated with Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore, the institution integrates agriculture with technology to improve food production, promote innovation, and make farming sustainable. The campus is spread across 115 acres of farmland on the Bhavani–Athani–Sathy state highway at Nachimuthupuram, Sakthi Nagar.

B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture degree from SAUs/CAUs/ICAR/Government-recognized agricultural institutions.
Job Description
The selected candidate will:

Support field and laboratory experiments.

Assist in data collection and analysis for Climate-Smart Nutrient Management in sugarcane.

Participate in farmer field trials and surveys.

Contribute to documentation and research on climate-smart fertilizer management practices.
