IIM Kozhikode announced job notification for the post of Associate Professor has been released officially. M.Phil/Ph.D pass Can apply for this job openings. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria alone can apply on the official website iimk.ac.in. The application process ends on 20.01.2022.
Qualification Details:-
IIM Kozhikode invites applications from Indian nationals including Overseas Citizens of India for faculty position on regular basis as given below:
1. Name of the Post: Associate Professor (OBC-01, SC-01)
2. Scale of Pay: Pay Level-13A2 (Rs. 139600 – Rs.211300) (The post carries other allowances and benefits as per norm)
3. Qualification: Ph.D. or equivalent degree in appropriate subjects with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree and with excellent academic record throughout.
4. Experience: Minimum 6 years of teaching/ research/ industrial experience of which 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent. Experience gained while pursuing Ph.D. will not be considered
Additional Information:-
1. Mere fulfilment of minimum qualification and experience requirements for the post does not entitle the candidate to be called for interview. Only shortlisted candidates, as per the cut off decided by the Institute, will be called for seminar and interview.
2. All qualifications must be from national/international recognized Universities/ Deemed University or duly approved autonomous institutions. Equivalence Certificate from Association of Indian Universities (AIU) may be produced for international qualifications at the time of Seminar.
3. Soft copies of the following documents shall be uploaded along with application.
(i) Educational qualifications and experience certificates.
(ii) Publications in reputed peer reviewed journals.
(iii) Two reference letters
(iv) Reservation certificate as per Govt. of India format.
4. The Institute reserves the right to amend/withdraw/cancel the notification/recruitment of the positions notified without assigning any reason.
5. Applications with incomplete information or with information not provided in the required prescribed format will not be entertained.
6. The decision of Director, IIMK shall be final in all matters relating to faculty recruitment.
7. Seminar and Interview will be conducted at IIM Kozhikode Campus. Shortlisted candidates will be provided free travel and boarding for attending the same. In the case of unforeseen circumstances including pandemic, Institute reserves the rights to conduct the selection process in video conferencing mode.
8. Any misleading or wrong information furnished may lead to summarily rejection of application. The employment can also be terminated, if the candidate furnishes wrong/misleading information to the institute
9. At the time of seminar, there will be certificate verification as part of selection process. Candidates, who fail to produce all original records as stated in their application, will be rejected from further selection process and such candidates will not be permitted to attend Interview.
