Qualification for the post of Assistant professor in the University Department
Assistant Professor:
I: For the Disciplines of Art ,Commerce, Humanities, Social Science and Language
A).
1. A Master degree with 55%
2. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC
Or
B).
The PHD degree has been obtained from the foreign University/Institution with ranking among top 500 in the world of University
II: For the discipline of management Studies
- First Class Master Degree in Business management /Administration /in a relevant management related discipline Or first Class 2 years full time PGDM
- Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC
